well, Kanto!Gary didn't even seem like he could possibly change till Battle of the Badge. so far, Paul's been totally evil, and we haven't really seen any cracks in his armor of evil-ness, have we? i might be mistaken...at this point, no one can really tell about Paul. if they are gonna turn him around, i'm not sure how the writers will go around to do it.
